Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, the wine opens with expressive aromas of ripe peach, tropical fruit and citrus, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, it is rich and rounded, with a smooth, creamy texture and a satisfying concentration of ripe fruit. Fresh acidity brings balance and keeps the finish lively rather than heavy. This is a Chardonnay made for drinking in its youthful, fruit-forward phase, when its generous fruit and creamy character are at their most accessible. It can be enjoyed now and over the next couple of years if well stored.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Its richness and freshness make it a versatile partner for roasted or grilled chicken, creamy seafood dishes, grilled prawns, salmon, soft cheeses and lightly spiced Asian cuisine. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its fruit and subtle vanilla notes open up.
