Tasting Notes
Pale golden in appearance, the wine opens with fresh aromas of ripe apple, pear and citrus, complemented by delicate floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is dry and finely structured, with lively acidity, a smooth texture and a clean, saline finish. The 2024 vintage is particularly suited to drinking in its youth, when its freshness and precise fruit character are most expressive. With careful cellaring, it may develop additional complexity over the next few years.
