Production
Made from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes grown in the Capannelle estate vineyards in Tuscany, this wine reflects both the character of the varietal and the terroir of the region. The grapes are harvested from the best parcels, then vinified with the aim of preserving aromatic intensity and structure before the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels to add texture, complexity, and a polished finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with game, roasted meats, braised beef, and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C to best appreciate its aromas and structure, and consider decanting for about 30 minutes if the bottle has been stored for a long time, as this can help the wine open up in the glass.
