Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense, vivid ruby-red color with remarkable depth. The nose is complex and layered, opening with ripe red fruits and jammy notes before unfolding into spicy nuances and a hint of licorice. On the palate, the wine is full of character and balance, with a firm backbone of acidity and tannin supported by softer, more rounded elements. It is long and persistent, with a youthful energy that suggests excellent development over time in bottle.

Production
Made entirely from Sangiovese grown in Tuscany, this Brunello di Montalcino Riserva reflects the region’s warm climate and renowned terroir for structured, age-worthy reds. After harvest, the wine is matured for more than four years in Slavonian oak casks, a traditional method that preserves purity of fruit while allowing the wine’s texture, complexity, and tannins to evolve gracefully.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for rich Tuscan dishes, grilled or roasted red meats, game, braised lamb, and mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours before serving to allow the wine to open fully and reveal its complexity.
