Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red colour with mature garnet reflections, hinting at its age and complexity. The bouquet is layered and expressive, with ripe red and dark fruit, warm spice, cedar, and subtle oak-driven notes that unfold beautifully with time in the glass. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, balancing concentrated fruit with well-integrated tannins and vibrant Tuscan acidity. The finish is long, elegant, and refined, with enough freshness and structure to suggest further graceful development, though it is already drinking at a mature stage.

Production
Produced in Tuscany from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes, this Riserva reflects the character of Chianti Classico terroir, where warm days, cool nights, and well-drained soils help preserve freshness and depth of flavour. The wine is made in a limited edition, with hand-selected fruit vinified to highlight purity and structure before spending at least 24 months in oak barrels, followed by bottling.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, game, and richly flavoured Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar or beef ragù. It is also an excellent match for mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended to allow the aromas and mature flavours to open fully.
