Production
Cantina Fassati is located in Montepulciano, a medieval hill town set on a limestone ridge between the Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana. The estate covers 101 hectares, including 89 hectares of vineyards and 4.5 hectares of olive groves. Owned by Gianni Della Camera, Cantina Fassati is a historic estate based in the Tuscan surroundings of Montepulciano. In 2015, Della Camera acquired one of the town’s historic cellars and revitalised the Fassati name. Today, the estate is one of the larger wine properties in Montepulciano, with substantial vineyard holdings and a strong connection to the area’s long winemaking tradition.
