Production
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery, where they are destemmed and gently pressed. Cryomaceration helps preserve the variety’s fresh aromas before fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. The wine reflects the traditional Greco grape of the Sannio area in Campania, southern Italy, although specific vineyard and soil details are not provided.
