On the palate, it is fresh, dry and well balanced, with a lively profile that makes it particularly appealing in its youth. Production
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery, where they are destemmed and gently pressed using a cryomaceration technique. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 20 days at a controlled temperature, followed by a maturation period with bâtonnage. Terroir description: null

Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its fresh, dry style pairs beautifully with appetizers, fish dishes, pasta and white meats, as well as grilled fish, grilled vegetables and a selection of cheeses. Decanting is not required; open shortly before serving to allow the floral and fruit aromas to emerge.
