Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery, where they are destemmed and gently pressed. Cryomaceration is then used to preserve the fruit and aromatic freshness, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 20 days at a controlled temperature.
