Cantina di Solopaca’s Beneventano Falanghina 2025 is a fresh, expressive Italian white wine from Campania, made from the region’s characteristic Falanghina grape. Its combination of tropical fruit, floral aromas and a dry, balanced palate makes it a versatile choice for both light starters and a wide range of seafood dishes.

Tasting Notes
The wine has a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose, it offers a generous bouquet of tropical fruit alongside distinctive floral notes. The palate is fresh, dry and well balanced, with a lively character that makes the wine particularly approachable when young. This is a wine best enjoyed for its youthful freshness and aromatic appeal. While it is not intended as a long-term ageing wine, careful short-term cellaring may allow its flavours to develop greater roundness.

Production
The Falanghina grapes are hand harvested and transported to the winery, where they are destemmed and gently pressed using a cryomaceration technique. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 20 days at controlled temperature. The wine then rests with bâtonnage, a process that helps add texture and balance while preserving its fresh, aromatic profile.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. It is an excellent match for appetisers, fish and seafood dishes, pasta, white meats, grilled fish and vegetables, as well as a selection of mild cheeses. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the aromas to emerge.
