Campi Deantera Salento Campetto Primitivo 2025 is a vibrant Italian red from Salento, made to showcase the generous fruit and easy-drinking character of Primitivo. Its deep ruby colour, fresh palate and Mediterranean spice notes make it an appealing choice for relaxed dinners and everyday enjoyment.

Tasting Notes
The wine has an intense ruby-red colour with attractive purple reflections. On the nose, it offers a lively blend of red fruit, raspberries and blackberries, complemented by subtle Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is pleasant, fresh and harmonious, with ripe fruit balanced by a refreshing character. Best enjoyed in its youth, when its vibrant fruit profile is at its most expressive; it is not intended as a long-term ageing wine.

Production
The grapes are harvested in Salento and undergo thermally controlled maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast strains. The process lasts approximately 10 days, helping to preserve the wine’s fresh fruit aromas, colour and approachable structure.

Food & Serving
A natural partner for red meat, grilled dishes and mature, firm cheeses. Serve lightly cool at around 16–18°C. Decanting is not necessary, although a short period of aeration in the glass can help open the fruit and Mediterranean spice aromas.
