Produced in Saint-Estèphe on gravelly, clay-limestone soils that lend power and freshness, Calon Ségur benefits from one of the Médoc’s most respected terroirs. The estate’s vineyards are traditionally harvested by hand, with careful parcel selection to preserve fruit quality and balance. Vinification is carried out with precision to emphasize purity, structure, and the estate’s signature elegance and depth.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, ribeye steak, duck confit, game, and mushroom-based dishes, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully and soften its tannins.
