Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours with a bright, inviting ruby-red color. The nose opens with generous aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, layered with violet perfume and a subtle earthy forest-floor note. On the palate, the wine is open and fruit-driven, echoing the red berry character with added notes of dried spice and a touch of vanilla from oak aging. It has a silky texture and a long, smooth finish. While already highly enjoyable now, it should hold well for a few years and may gain additional nuance with short-term cellaring.

Production
The grapes come from a selection of some of the best vineyards in California’s Central Coast, an area well suited to Pinot Noir thanks to its cool climate influences and ideal growing conditions. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, including 10% new oak, adding subtle structure and seasoning without overwhelming the fruit.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Noir is a versatile match for roast chicken, duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, and pork tenderloin. Serve it slightly cool, around 14–16°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open up the wine if enjoyed young.
