Production
Cantina Bulgarini farms more than 50 hectares of vineyards in and around Lugana. The estate’s Turbiana vines are planted both on the flatlands near Lake Garda, where gravel-rich clay soils contribute freshness and structure, and on more inland hills with calcareous soils that lend a different mineral character. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its freshness makes it a natural partner for lake fish, shellfish, sushi, salads, fresh cheeses and light pasta dishes with herbs or lemon. It also works beautifully as an aperitif. Decanting is not normally required; simply open shortly before serving, or allow the wine a few minutes in the glass to reveal more of its aromas.
