Tasting Notes
Pale and bright in appearance, the wine offers a delicate bouquet of ripe pear and lively citrus fruits, with a clean, refreshing character. On the palate, it is harmonious and pleasantly light, balancing crisp freshness with a soft, rounded texture and a precise, uncomplicated finish. This Weissburgunder is best enjoyed young, while its fruit and freshness are at their most expressive. Short-term cellaring may add a little more roundness, but the wine is primarily designed for immediate accessibility and fresh enjoyment.

Production
The grapes come from gently sloping vineyard parcels in Rheinhessen, where loess and limestone-rich soils support even ripening and contribute to the wine’s freshness and balance. Brogsitter combines modern precision with classic German winemaking principles, fermenting the wine in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve its pure fruit character. Little to no oak is used, while brief ageing on the fine lees adds subtle roundness without compromising its freshness.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Brogsitter Terra Blanc Weissburgunder pairs well with light fish dishes, shellfish, salads and poultry, as well as mild cheeses and refined vegetarian preparations. Its gentle texture and fresh profile make decanting unnecessary; simply open shortly before serving and pour directly from the bottle.
