Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its fresh, dry profile makes it a natural match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, fresh salads, asparagus and light vegetarian dishes. It can also be enjoyed alongside goat’s cheese or as a refreshing aperitif. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the aromas to develop in the glass.
