The grapes are typically harvested parcel by parcel at optimal ripeness, with careful sorting to preserve quality and precision. Vinification is carried out in a traditional yet modernized Bordeaux style, with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and maturation in French oak barrels to add depth, structure, and aromatic complexity without overpowering the fruit.
