Tasting Notes
It shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, hinting at its youthful freshness and lively profile. On the nose, it offers classic Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with clear notes of melon, peach, and peppery green bell pepper leaf. The palate is dry, firm, and well-defined, with a clean, persistent finish that underlines both structure and finesse. Its balance of aromatic intensity and elegance gives it good immediate appeal, while its fresh, precise style should allow it to hold nicely over the near term.

Production
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region known for white wines with clarity, fragrance, and minerality. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then the must is fermented very slowly at low temperatures to enhance varietal aromas. The wine is aged for three months in stainless steel on fine lees, adding texture and structure while keeping the style crisp and expressive.

Food & Serving
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with asparagus, goat cheese, seafood, grilled white fish, vegetable risotto, and light poultry dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its aromatic lift and freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
