Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color with an intense, vibrant core. The nose is expressive and refined, opening with ripe red and black fruits—cherry, plum, and blackberry—woven together with coffee, cocoa, and a subtle spice, while hints of violet and toasted oak add further depth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, yet unmistakably elegant. The texture is silky, with ripe tannins that are beautifully integrated, while dark fruit and chocolate-like notes are lifted by fresh acidity and a touch of minerality from the mountain vineyard. The finish is long, layered, and polished, with fruit, spice, and a delicate mineral edge lingering well. It has very good aging potential, especially for those who enjoy Malbec with finesse rather than brute force.

Production
This wine comes from Vista Flores in Argentina’s Uco Valley, at around 1,200 meters above sea level, where cool nights help preserve freshness and the calcareous soils contribute structure and a mineral character. The grapes are harvested with a focus on quality and ripeness, and the wine is vinified to express the nuances of its micro-terroir. Aging in French oak adds complexity and detail without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
A natural match for grilled beef, lamb dishes, and refined meat-based preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 30–60 minutes if you want the aromas and texture to open up fully.
