Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright cherry-red colour with lively edges. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of cherry, strawberry, plum, and subtle layers of vanilla, spice, and well-integrated oak. On the palate, this Reserva is full-bodied yet beautifully rounded, with soft tannins, ripe red fruit, and a gentle touch of spice that carries through to a long, balanced finish. With its structure and freshness, it should age gracefully for several years, developing greater complexity over time.

Production
Made in Rioja Alta from Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha, this wine reflects a thoughtful selection of vineyard parcels chosen for purity of fruit and balance. The estate works with low yields and sustainable practices to preserve concentration and expression, while vinification is designed to highlight the character of the fruit and the finesse of the terroir. The wine is matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing to ensure seamless integration and harmony.

Food & Serving
This Reserva pairs wonderfully with roast lamb, grilled beef, Iberian pork, mature cheeses, and dishes with Mediterranean herbs or roasted vegetables. Serve at 16–18°C, and decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended if you want to open up the aromas and soften the wine’s structure.
