Tasting Notes
In the glass, it presents an intense ruby-red colour with mature highlights. The nose is layered and inviting, with black fruit, sweet spices, vanilla, and subtle roasted notes from extended oak ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet supple, with well-integrated tannins and a polished, rounded texture. The finish is long and harmonious, and while it is already fully expressive, it still has enough structure to hold up gracefully if cellared properly for a few more years.

Made from Tempranillo in the Rioja region of Spain, this Reserva benefits from the area’s combination of continental influence, varied soils, and ideal conditions for slow ripening. The wine was aged for 24 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop complexity, spice, and gentle toasted character while preserving the varietal purity of the fruit.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent partner for roasted meats, game, and mature cheeses, where its savoury depth and soft tannins can really shine. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes if the bottle has been resting for a long time, to help the aromas open fully.
