Tasting Notes
The wine presents a bright, pale appearance typical of a young white from Rueda. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of ripe fruit, creamy dairy notes and generous fruit pulp, creating a rounded and inviting expression. On the palate, it is creamy and flavourful, with a smooth texture and a lingering, fruity finish. Its approachable style makes it enjoyable in its youth, when its fresh fruit character and supple mouthfeel are at their most expressive. It is best suited to drinking young rather than extended cellaring.

Production
Made from Verdejo grown in the Rueda region around Valladolid, the wine reflects the area’s reputation for expressive, fruit-focused white wines. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C to preserve the wine’s aromatic character. This is followed by cold stabilisation and microbiological filtration, helping to ensure clarity, stability and a clean, polished final wine. Specific harvesting methods have not been provided.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, sushi and fresh salads, it also pairs well with creamy pasta dishes, poultry and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; open shortly before serving to allow the wine’s ripe fruit and creamy aromas to emerge.

Bodegas Pascual is a traditional family producer founded in 1986 in Ribera del Duero, where it has built its reputation on carefully made quality wines. The winery combines respect for local terroir and established traditions with contemporary winemaking techniques. In addition to its Ribera del Duero vineyards, the family also owns vineyard sites in Rueda and Rías Baixas, enabling it to produce wines from several of Spain’s important wine regions.
