Bodegas Anadas CariñenaCare Trio 2024 is an expressive Spanish red from the heart of DO Cariñena, combining generous fruit with a full, well-balanced character. Made as part of the winery’s carefully considered CARE project, it reflects both the region’s sun-drenched conditions and Bodegas Anadas’ long family tradition, which dates back to 1935.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows an attractive, intense black-cherry colour with vivid violet hues. Its nose is mature and inviting, offering aromas of ripe red fruit and woodland berries. On the palate, it is powerful, fruit-driven and generously textured, with a pleasing balance between its intensity and freshness. A full-bodied structure leads into a long, persistent finish. It is approachable in its youth and is best enjoyed while its vibrant fruit character is at the forefront.

Production
The wine is produced in DO Cariñena, where Bodegas Anadas carefully selects vineyard sites based on fruit quality. The grapes undergo a four-day cold maceration on their skins before alcoholic fermentation at a constant temperature of 28°C. This precise approach is part of the winery’s CARE project, which places particular emphasis on vineyard selection, infrastructure and controlled vinification.

Food & Serving
Its full-bodied, fruit-forward style pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, hearty stews, sausages, burgers, and mature cheeses. Serve at approximately 16–18°C to allow the fruit and structure to show at their best. Decanting is not essential for this youthful wine, although 20–30 minutes in a decanter can help open its aromas before serving.
