Bodegas Anadas’ Cariñena Care Garnacha Blanca Nativa 2025 is an expressive white wine from the heart of Spain’s DO Cariñena. Combining the region’s naturally sunny conditions with carefully selected fruit and subtle French-oak maturation, it offers a generous, polished style with both freshness and texture. The wine forms part of the distinctive CARE project, whose artistic labels and meticulous approach celebrate the character of Cariñena’s land and climate.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in appearance, this Garnacha Blanca opens with an inviting range of floral aromas, aromatic herbs, citrus and ripe exotic fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with an appealingly oily texture balanced by freshness and harmony. A refined, lingering finish brings together the wine’s fruit, floral and herbal nuances. It is best enjoyed in its youth, while its aromatic freshness and supple texture are at their most expressive.

Production
The wine is made from Garnacha Blanca grown in the Cariñena region of northern Spain, where warm, sunlit conditions help the grapes develop ripe fruit character. The grapes undergo approximately 18 hours of cold maceration with their skins before alcoholic fermentation in conical stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15–18°C. The wine is then matured for two months in French oak barrels, adding discreet richness and textural complexity.

Food & Serving
A versatile partner for white meat, seafood stews, shellfish, pasta with fish-based sauces and fresh salads. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C to preserve its aromatic lift while allowing its rounded texture to show. Decanting is not necessary, although opening the bottle shortly before serving can help the wine reveal its floral and fruity character.
