Bocca di Lupo Fiano is a polished organic white from Puglia that captures the region’s modern vinous renaissance in a single glass. Made entirely from Fiano and shaped by careful cellar work, it combines southern Italian character with a refined, contemporary style. It is a wine with a story of ambition fulfilled, showing how far Puglia has come in producing world-class whites.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in the glass with subtle green reflections, it looks as fresh as it feels on the palate. The nose is highly seductive, opening with white peach, broom, and orange blossom, before moving into floral and herbal nuances lifted by hints of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate, it is elegant, crisp, and mineral-driven, with a lively freshness that gives the wine real clarity and length. The finish is pleasantly persistent, and while it is immediately enjoyable now, it also has the structure to develop additional complexity over the next few years.

Production
Produced from 100% Fiano grown in Puglia and farmed organically, the grapes are harvested and handled with great care to preserve purity and aromatics. After destemming, the fruit is gently pressed and the free-run juice is settled naturally in stainless steel for 24–48 hours at 10°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 16°C, after which the wine is matured in 500-liter French oak barrels to add texture and subtle depth without overpowering the variety’s character.

Food & Serving
This Fiano is a versatile match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with herbs, creamy pasta dishes, and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy its aromatic freshness.
