Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, lively white wine profile with an energetic, fresh appeal. The nose is intensely aromatic, layered with passion fruit, guava, citrus zest, lemongrass, oyster shell, and a subtle note of red pepper, making for a beautifully expressive bouquet. The palate is concentrated and fruit-driven, with impressive intensity balanced by a fine line of acidity and a delicate saline mineral character. It is delicious now for its purity and precision, but has the structure to hold up well over the short to medium term.

Production
The grapes come entirely from Holdaway Vineyard in Dillons Point, a prized subregion of Marlborough known for producing highly expressive Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is sustainably grown and harvested by hand, with careful sorting before fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s clean, vivid aromatics and crisp varietal character.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for oysters, fresh shellfish, grilled fish, goat’s cheese, green salads, and dishes with citrus or herb-driven sauces. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
