Production
Black Stallion Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is made in a classic style, with fermentation in stainless steel followed by maturation in oak barriques from different coopers to build complexity. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, allowing the wine and oak to integrate beautifully. The blend reflects Napa Valley’s diverse terroir, with hillside sites contributing tannin and structure, valley fruit adding richness and volume, and supporting varieties such as Petite Sirah and Merlot lending extra grip and roundness.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for charcuterie, grilled entrecôte, lamb dishes such as roulade or roast lamb, and other richly flavored red-meat plates. Serve at 16–18°C, and if opened young, a short decant will help the wine show its full aromatic depth and soften its tannins.
