Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant pale golden hue with a very fine, persistent mousse. The nose is lifted and expressive, offering citrus blossom, ripe lemon, white flowers, toasted almond, and subtle brioche notes, all framed by a cool mineral edge. The palate is precise and layered, combining fresh citrus, stone fruit, chalky minerality, and a creamy texture that gives the wine depth without losing tension. The finish is long, clean, and elegantly saline, with the structure to continue developing beautifully over time.

This Champagne is an excellent match for oysters, scallops, lobster, sushi, poached white fish, or creamy poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and consider brief decanting only if desired for very old bottles or large-format service, though it is typically best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its lively mousse.
