On the palate, it is dry, precise, and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, creamy texture, and a savory, mineral finish. Produced in Piemonte’s Alta Langa zone, this wine comes from a vineyard planted in the early 1990s on the high hills of Langa, where altitude and cool conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The vineyard’s heterogeneous mix of clones and rootstocks adds complexity and individuality, while the wine’s strong territorial identity reflects its deep integration with the local terroir. Vinification follows the traditional method for quality sparkling wine, with careful secondary fermentation and extended lees aging to build texture, finesse, and a more complete expression of the site.
