Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in the glass, this Pinot Noir opens with aromas of ripe red berries, cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes, supported by hints of earthy spice and gentle oak. The palate is graceful and fresh, balancing vibrant acidity with silky tannins and flavours of red fruit, forest floor and delicate baking spice. The 2019 vintage is well suited to drinking now, when its fruit and texture are expressive, while careful cellaring should allow further development of savoury and tertiary notes over the next several years.
