Traditional vinification methods are employed: temperature-controlled fermentation in vats to preserve fruit purity, followed by maceration to extract color, tannin and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels—often with a significant proportion of new oak—to refine texture, integrate tannins and add subtle notes of spice and toast before bottling at the estate.
