Tasting Notes
Pale to bright rosé in the glass, with a lively mousse and inviting aromatic lift. The nose opens with juicy strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, layered with zesty grapefruit and redcurrant freshness. On the palate, Chardonnay brings a rounded, citrus-tinged structure while Pinot Noir adds crispness, colour and red berry depth. The wine is brisk, mouthwatering and refreshing, with a clean finish that makes it especially appealing as an aperitif. Thanks to its time on the lees, it has enough texture to drink beautifully now, though it is best enjoyed for its freshness rather than long ageing.

Production
Made exclusively from hand-harvested grapes, this Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation taking place in the bottle. It then rests on the lees for 12 to 18 months, allowing the wine to develop fine bubbles, extra complexity and a more refined mouthfeel before disgorgement and bottling.

Food & Serving
An excellent choice as an aperitif, this sparkling rosé also pairs well with seafood, particularly grilled prawns and other shellfish. Serve well chilled at around 6-8°C to keep its freshness and liveliness at their best. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy.
