Tasting Notes
Bright and clear straw yellow in appearance. The nose is intense and fresh, led by aromas of ripe pineapple and peach, complemented by lively citrus nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet harmonious, with a pleasant freshness and well-integrated acidity that carries through to a long, satisfying finish. Pian Oro is best enjoyed while its fruit-forward freshness is at its most expressive. It is designed for drinking in its youth rather than extended cellaring.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its combination of body and acidity pairs particularly well with shellfish, prawns, grilled or roasted fatty fish, and fried or roasted white meat. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the wine’s fresh aromas to emerge.
