Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, polished profile with a subtle golden hue. The nose is elegant and inviting, offering white flowers, citrus, almond, and a hint of ripe stone fruit, all lifted by a sense of freshness and finesse. On the palate, the wine is vivid and clean, with a slightly saline, mineral edge at the start that gives way to a rounder, creamier mid-palate. The oak is kept very discreet, adding only a whisper of butter and toasted grain, while the finish remains precise, harmonious, and carried by lively acidity. It can be enjoyed now for its freshness, but will also develop nicely over the next 3 to 7 years.

Production
Made from Chardonnay grown in Burgundy, this wine reflects the cool-climate character and limestone-driven terroir of the region, with a particular nod to the southern Côte de Beaune’s reputation for refined, mineral whites. The grapes are harvested with care and vinified with a restrained touch, including subtle oak influence that supports rather than dominates the wine’s natural purity and balance.

A versatile white Burgundy like this works beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, roasted poultry, fresh cheeses, or simply as an aperitif. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary.
