Made entirely from Trebbiano, it offers a clear expression of the region’s mineral-driven style, with a history rooted in Zenato’s passion for Lugana dating back to 1960.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a subtle green hue, this wine is bright and inviting in the glass. The nose is intensely aromatic, opening with delicate floral notes, citrus zest, and ripe white fruit. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and delicately textured, with a pleasing mineral thread that keeps the wine fresh and focused. Best enjoyed young for its vivid aromatic profile, though it should hold nicely over the short to medium term.

Production
Produced from 100% Trebbiano grapes in the Lugana area near Lake Garda, the wine reflects a terroir shaped by lake influence and mineral-rich soils. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented for 15–20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C, preserving freshness and aromatic precision. It then matures for 4–5 months in stainless steel before spending a further 2–3 months in bottle prior to release.

Food & Serving
A versatile white wine that works beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, grilled fish, risotto, and fresh salads. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its crisp character and floral-citrus aromatics. Decanting is not necessary.
