Tasting Notes
The wine presents a bright straw-yellow colour. Its intense bouquet opens with white flowers and inviting aromas of pear, peach, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a well-defined structure and a rounded, generous fruit character. The finish is long, rich and mineral, bringing freshness and elegance to the wine’s natural weight. It is best enjoyed in its youth, when its floral and fruit-driven profile is at its most expressive, though its structure should allow it to develop gracefully over the short term.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice for the table, this Roero Arneis works beautifully as an aperitif and with both cold and warm starters. It is particularly well suited to fish, light meats and semi-hard cheeses. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its floral and tropical aromas unfold.
