The finish is marked by subtle bitter-almond notes and pronounced minerality, classic traits of Friulano. Production
Altùris’ vineyards benefit from the unique microclimate of Friuli in northeastern Italy. The Julian Alps shelter the vines from cold northern winds, while breezes from the Adriatic Sea temper the climate and support slow, balanced ripening. Fermentation and ageing take place on the lees in glass-lined cement tanks at controlled temperature, preserving the wine’s freshness while adding softness and texture. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. No decanting is necessary; simply open shortly before serving or pour directly into white-wine glasses.
