Tasting Notes

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, shrimp, cold fish plates, fish soup, fish in sauce, and charcuterie. It also works well with light cold starters and simple seafood dishes. Decanting is not necessary, though opening the bottle a few minutes before serving can help the aromas unfold.
