Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with a fine, energetic mousse and delicate bubbles. The nose is bright and fragrant, showing green apple, pear, white flowers, and a subtle hint of citrus. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with juicy orchard fruit, soft floral notes, and a clean, dry finish that keeps it wonderfully approachable. Best enjoyed young for maximum freshness, though it is made for immediate enjoyment rather than long aging.

Production
Produced in Veneto, the wine comes from the Treviso area, where the mild climate and well-suited soils help Glera retain its freshness and aromatic profile. The grapes are typically harvested carefully to preserve acidity, then vinified using a gentle sparkling-wine method to maintain the variety’s delicate fruit and floral character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. It is an excellent match for aperitifs, light seafood, sushi, fried appetizers, mild cheeses, and fresh salads. Decanting is not recommended for sparkling wine; simply open and enjoy while it is fresh and vibrant.
