Tasting Notes

The palate is rich and silken, yet remarkably composed, with lush fruit balanced by finely etched tannins and the vineyard’s hallmark sense of tension. The finish is long and refined, unfolding with notes of spice, earth, a hint of licorice, and lingering freshness. Production
Clos St. Jacques is one of Gevrey-Chambertin’s most prized Premier Cru vineyards, positioned on an east-facing slope that captures morning light while retaining freshness and structure.
