In the glass, it shows a clear, luminous ruby tone that speaks to both freshness and poise. The nose is inviting and nuanced, with ripe cherry, red berries, grilled herbs, dried lavender, sweet earth, and a faint botanical edge that adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit. On the palate, the wine is medium-full and well proportioned, combining juicy red-fruit depth with fine-grained tannins and a lively but well-integrated acidity. The finish is savory and refined, with lingering berry, spice, and earthy notes. While already expressive, this Brunello has the structure and balance to develop gracefully over time.

Production
The wine is made from Sangiovese sourced from both older and younger vineyards, with vine ages ranging from 12 to 55 years. This mix brings together concentration from mature vines and freshness from younger plantings, reflecting the varied terroir of Montalcino’s rolling hills and well-drained soils. Harvesting is carried out with care to preserve fruit precision, followed by traditional vinification aimed at highlighting purity, structure, and the distinctive character of Brunello di Montalcino.
