On the palate, the wine offers a supple, fruit-forward entry with lively acidity and fine tannins that give shape without heaviness. Production
The grapes come from elevated vineyards in Mendocino County, where the combination of warm daytime sun and cool coastal nights encourages slow, even ripening and natural freshness. Night harvesting helps preserve the fruit’s aromatic character, and after destemming the wine undergoes a gentle fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A portion is then matured in French oak, mostly used barrels, to add nuance and texture without overpowering the wine’s pure fruit expression.

This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled salmon, duck breast, mushroom risotto, and dishes featuring earthy herbs or light spice. Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16°C, and while decanting is not essential, a brief aeration can help open up its aromatic layers if served young.
