Andremily Grenache 2019

Andremily Grenache 2019 is a richly styled California red from one of the state’s most closely watched cult producers. Crafted in a Rhone-inspired idiom, it brings together Grenache with supporting parcels of Graciano, Mourvèdre, and Syrah for depth, perfume, and structure.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this is typically a deep, polished red with impressive concentration and a vivid sense of purity. The nose opens with dark berry fruit, lifted spice, violet, sandalwood, and a subtle smoky, meaty character that adds complexity without heaviness. The palate is full-bodied and layered, with ripe fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a seamless balance between power and freshness. While already impressive, it should continue to evolve beautifully over the next several years and has the structure to age for well over a decade.

This is an excellent match for grilled lamb, rosemary-roasted pork, braised short ribs, game birds, or rich mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if opening young, to let the aromatics and structure fully unfold.
