Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, with a bright, luminous sheen and a lively stream of delicate bubbles. The nose is lifted and inviting, showing small red fruits and subtle floral nuances, underpinned by a crisp, mineral freshness. On the palate, it is elegant and precise, with juicy berry fruit, clean citrus notes, and a well-defined backbone that gives the wine shape and tension. The finish is fresh, dry, and persistent, making it a versatile sparkling wine with good drinking appeal now, while retaining the finesse to age gracefully for a few years.

Production
Produced in Trentino Alto Adige, where the cool mountain climate and significant day-night temperature shifts help preserve acidity and aromatic finesse. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are carefully selected for their complementary qualities, with the grapes harvested at optimal ripeness to maintain freshness and balance. Vinification follows the traditional method for sparkling wine, with secondary fermentation in bottle to build complexity, texture, and fine bubbles.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, and delicate white meats. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C to highlight its freshness and precision. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy at the right temperature.
