Production
Porer comes from high-quality vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, where cool alpine influences, significant day-to-night temperature shifts, and well-drained soils help preserve acidity and aromatic purity. The grapes are carefully harvested to ensure freshness and balance, then vinified with a light, gentle approach to protect the wine’s natural finesse and varietal character.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8-10°C. It works beautifully with antipasti, seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads, as well as mild Alpine cheeses. Decanting is not necessary.
