This creates a lighter, cleaner profile, while the no-age-statement approach allows for flexibility in blending to achieve a consistent house style.

Food & Serving
Best served neat, with a splash of water, or over ice, Akashi Blended Whisky also works well in highballs and simple whisky cocktails. It pairs nicely with sushi, grilled chicken, mild cheeses, smoked fish, and lightly salted snacks. Serve slightly cool to room temperature, and decanting is not necessary.
