Tasting Notes
The wine opens with an inviting aroma of ripe berry jam, complemented by delicate notes of nuts and cocoa. On the palate, it is soft, smooth and immediately accessible, balancing sweetness with depth and complexity. A silky finish leaves a gentle impression of fruit and cocoa. It is ready to enjoy now and is best appreciated while its fresh, supple character is at its most expressive.

Production
Produced in the heart of DO Montsant, where a distinctive climate and varied, richly textured landscape shape the character of the wines. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by four to six months of maturation in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity and polish.

Food & Serving
A natural partner for desserts, particularly rich chocolate cakes, chocolate mousse, truffles and dark-chocolate pastries. Serve lightly chilled at approximately 14–16°C to preserve its balance and freshness. Decanting is generally not necessary, although a brief period in the glass can help open the wine’s jammy fruit and cocoa aromas.
