Its traditional style reflects Montsant’s long-standing winemaking heritage, while the polished oak ageing adds contemporary refinement.

Tasting Notes
Bright golden in appearance, this dessert wine opens with expressive aromas of orange blossom, ripe citrus and subtle vanilla from its time in French oak. The palate is velvety and creamy, balancing generous sweetness with fresh citrus tones that keep the wine lively rather than heavy. It is delicious in its youth, while careful cellaring for several years should allow its texture and citrus-led complexity to develop further.

Production
The wine is produced in the heart of DO Montsant, where vineyards benefit from a distinctive Mediterranean climate and diverse, mineral-rich landscapes. Agricola Falset-Marçà works across approximately 50 hectares, combining traditional vineyard and winemaking practices with modern techniques. The wine is matured for four to six months in French oak barrels, lending it additional roundness, creaminess and gentle spice.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C as an aperitif alongside salty small bites, or pair it with desserts such as white-chocolate creations, tiramisu and citrus-based pastries. Its sweetness and creamy texture also make it a natural match for lightly salted nuts and delicate blue cheeses. Decanting is not generally necessary; simply chill, open and serve, allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass to reveal its aromas.
