Tasting Notes
The wine opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh plum and blackberry, complemented by a subtle hint of nutmeg. On the palate, blueberry, cocoa and warming spice lead into a rich, full-bodied structure with firm, generous tannins. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a refined impression of dark fruit and chocolate. Its tannic backbone should allow it to develop additional softness and integration with short- to medium-term cellaring.

Food & Serving
Enjoy this Cabernet Sauvignon with grilled or roasted beef, lamb, venison, or hearty dishes such as braised short ribs. It also pairs well with aged hard cheeses and rich mushroom preparations. Serve slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C. Decant for approximately 30–60 minutes before serving to help open the wine and soften its youthful tannins.
