The wine displays a bright ruby-red appearance. On the nose, inviting aromas of black cherries are complemented by subtle notes of pine and spicy herbs, creating a fragrant and distinctive profile. On the palate, clear red-fruit flavours lead into a smooth, supple texture, supported by gentle tannins and a long, refined finish. It is approachable now and should develop gracefully over the next few years, although its fresh fruit and soft structure make it especially enjoyable in its youth.

Serve this Pinot Noir lightly chilled at approximately 14–16°C. Its soft tannins and vibrant fruit make it a natural partner for roast chicken, duck, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes and herb-seasoned salmon. Decanting is not essential, though a short 15–20 minute aeration can help open the wine’s aromas before serving.
